The process of hemostasis (clotting), showing two pathways (extrinsic and intrinsic) leading into one shared pathway.  You should know the main driver of the extrinsic pathway, Tissue Factor (TF), released by damaged tissue cells, and of the intrinsic pathway, Platelet Factor (PF), released by platelets.  You should then know most of the highlighted factors starting with prothrombin activator and ending with cross-linked fibrin.  You should also be aware that ionic calcium is necessary for several steps in the process.
